Nordhoff rolls over Royals

The Nordhoff Rangers improved to 6-0 on the season after steamrolling the San Marcos Royals tonight, 55-7. Nordhoff came into the game nursing some injuries and played without leading rusher Tayler Livingston. However, the Rangers got a huge game from junior running back Matt Woodcock, who scored four touchdowns on the night.

Quarterback Tanner Workman also played well, throwing three touchdown passes in the game to Jake Boyd, Austin Wolcott and Taylor Brown. Nordhoff's other touchdown was scored by Jake Kundle.

With the win, Rangers complete their non-league schedule perfect on the season and they will enjoy their bye week before heading into Tri-Valley League play when they face Oak Park. For more information on Nordhoff's big win over San Marcos, see Wednesday's ONV
